Managing Your Pro Subscription

Kumospace Professional plan subscribers can manage their subscription directly from their Profile page. Read this guide for information on how to view your invoice history, edit billing details, change space capacity, and cancel your subscription.

Invoice history

To view your invoice history:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan.
  2. Click the Manage Subscription button. 
  3. At the bottom of this page you will see a list of your past invoices. 

Edit your billing information

If you need to edit your billing information:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan. Click the Manage Subscription button. 
  2. Under Billing information, click ✎Update information, and you’ll be able to edit the recipient’s email and postal addresses.
  3. Click Save to finish making edits.

Note that if somebody else is paying for your subscription, you can enter their email address, so that billing emails are sent to them. 

Change your space capacity

You can also increase or decrease your concurrent space capacity from your Profile page: 

  1. Click the Change Capacity button and a pop up will prompt you to enter a new concurrent space capacity. 
  2. If you’re increasing your space capacity, enter your desired space capacity and click Authorize Payment to complete your transaction. 
  3. Refresh your browser and the change will show up on your Profile page.

You will be charged for the difference in space capacity, and receive an email confirmation.

Note that decreasing space capacity is free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to increase your capacity again, you will be charged for the additional capacity. 

Cancelling your subscription

If you need to cancel your Kumospace subscription:

  1. Go to your Profile page. On the top right you will see your Kumospace plan.
  2. Select the Manage Subscription button. 
  3. Click the Cancel plan button on the right of your screen, and then repeat to confirm you want to cancel your subscription.

No matter when you cancel your plan, your subscription will be valid until the end of your billing period.
