I’d like to report an issue

Please include the following information: 

  1. Briefly describe the issue you experienced so that we can reproduce it. It's very helpful if you tell us the device you're using, and your Kumospace URL, e.g.: 
    "I'm using a PC and Google Chrome. My Kumospace URL is kumospace.com/i<3clouds. I clicked Broadcast and the first dialog box came up. I clicked Start Broadcast and I could see myself, but nobody else could see me."
  2. Open Developer tools in your browser to display your console log.
  3. Right-click on the console log and select Save as from the dropdown.

Save the console log and share it with us so that our engineers can take a look. Please feel free to include any other screenshots or a quick video of the issue you experienced.

To open devtools on a Mac:

  1. Click the three dots button at the top right of your Chrome browser and select More tools from the dropdown.
  2. Select Developer tools and your Console panel will appear. Alternatively, press Command + Option + J.

To open the Console panel on Chrome DevTools on Windows, Linux or Chrome OS:

Press Control + Shift + J.
